How to Install Marathi Fonts on Any Device

Step-by-step Marathi font installation for every major operating system — Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and Linux.

Windows 10 / 11

  1. Download a Marathi TTF from our font library.
  2. Right-click the .ttf file.
  3. Select "Install" (current user) or "Install for all users" (admin required).
  4. The font is now available in Word, Excel, Photoshop and other apps.
  5. For multiple fonts: select all .ttf files → right-click → Install.

macOS

  1. Double-click the .ttf file.
  2. Font Book opens with a preview.
  3. Click "Install Font" at the bottom.
  4. The font appears in all Mac applications immediately.
  5. For bulk: drag multiple .ttf files into Font Book → User library.

Android (Non-Rooted)

  1. Install iFont or AnyFont from Play Store.
  2. Download the TTF to your Downloads folder.
  3. Open iFont → Local → tap your downloaded font.
  4. Preview and tap Install.
  5. Font is now available in CapCut, PixelLab, WPS Office and compatible apps.

Android (Rooted, System-Wide)

  1. Root your device (Magisk recommended).
  2. Install iFont → Settings → enable Root mode.
  3. Back up the current system font.
  4. Apply your Marathi font as system font.
  5. Reboot. Your Marathi font now appears in WhatsApp, Instagram and system UI.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Install AnyFont from App Store (₹149, one-time).
  2. Download the TTF via Safari → open in Files app.

  6. The font is now usable in Pages, Keynote, Procreate, Over, Phonto.

Linux (Ubuntu / Debian)

  1. Download the TTF.

  3. Run fc-cache -fv to rebuild the font cache.
