How to Install Marathi Fonts on Any Device

Step-by-step Marathi font installation for every major operating system — Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and Linux.

Windows 10 / 11

Download a Marathi TTF from our font library.
Right-click the .ttf file.
Select "Install" (current user) or "Install for all users" (admin required).
The font is now available in Word, Excel, Photoshop and other apps.
For multiple fonts: select all .ttf files → right-click → Install.

macOS

Double-click the .ttf file.
Font Book opens with a preview.
Click "Install Font" at the bottom.
The font appears in all Mac applications immediately.
For bulk: drag multiple .ttf files into Font Book → User library.

Android (Non-Rooted)

Install iFont or AnyFont from Play Store.
Download the TTF to your Downloads folder.
Open iFont → Local → tap your downloaded font.
Preview and tap Install.
Font is now available in CapCut, PixelLab, WPS Office and compatible apps.

Android (Rooted, System-Wide)

Root your device (Magisk recommended).
Install iFont → Settings → enable Root mode.
Back up the current system font.
Apply your Marathi font as system font.
Reboot. Your Marathi font now appears in WhatsApp, Instagram and system UI.

iPhone / iPad

Install AnyFont from App Store (₹149, one-time).
Download the TTF via Safari → open in Files app.
Share to AnyFont → tap the font → Install.

The font is now usable in Pages, Keynote, Procreate, Over, Phonto.

Linux (Ubuntu / Debian)

Download the TTF.
Copy to ~/.fonts/ (user-only) or /usr/share/fonts/ (system-wide, requires sudo).
Run fc-cache -fv to rebuild the font cache.
The font is now available in LibreOffice, Inkscape, GIMP and every other Linux app.

Install Multiple Fonts at Once
