Submit a DMCA Notice

To report copyright infringement, email dmca@marathifontstyle.online with the following information:

  1. Your contact info (name, email, phone, address).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The URL on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner (or authorised to act).
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 24 hours. Infringing content will be removed or disabled. We'll notify the uploader and provide them a copy of the takedown notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you can submit a counter-notice with:

  1. Your contact info.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the claimant's district.
  5. Your signature.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
